We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time, onsite school-based position in Oswego, IL for the 2026–2027 school year. This role supports students in both a behavioral program and transition program, all within one location.
Position Overview
- Full-time schedule (~32.5 hours/week)
- Onsite role at a single location
- Serve students in:
- K–12 Behavioral Program
- Transition Program (ages 18–21)
- Collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services
- Work with students 1:1 and in small group settings
- Complete 3-year re-evaluations and annual reviews
- Develop and support IEP goals and service delivery plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and support teams
- Assist students in developing functional skills for school and daily life

Requirements
- Active Illinois Occupational Therapist (OT) License
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage evaluations, therapy services, and documentation
