Desired Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapy (OT) license
- Previous experience delivering OT services in school settings, preferably with K-12 populations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working in a multidisciplinary environment
- Ability to manage a caseload of diverse learners, adapting strategies as needed
- Familiarity with school-based documentation and compliance requirements
- Compassion, organization, and flexibility in responding to student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings and assessments to determine students’ needs and abilities
- Develop and implement individualized educational and therapy plans
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services for K-12 students
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in line with school and state requirements
- Serve as a resource for families and educators regarding OT best practices
- Participate in meetings, planning, and professional development as required
