Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Occupational Therapy license (OT) in Kansas
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Compassionate and flexible approach in addressing diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students’ abilities and create individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students in accordance with IEP goals
- Participate in IEP meetings, documentation, and progress reporting
- Work closely with educators and families to promote skill development and engagement
- Adapt interventions to each student’s goals, ensuring access and participation in learning
