Occupational Therapist School Setting in Parachute, CO

Key Qualifications & Requirements:
- Active Colorado Occupational Therapist license and CDE credential required
- Prior experience in school-based OT highly preferred
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team
- Proficient in conducting assessments, developing IEPs, and documenting progress
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their IEPs
- Conduct assessments and create individualized intervention plans targeting student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service staff to support a holistic approach
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and participate in IEP meetings
- Adapt interventions to diverse needs, helping students succeed in school routines and activities
