Role Details:
- Work one day per week (Monday through Friday assigned based on client need)
- Hours: 7:45 AM – 2:45 PM
- Start date: August 10, 2026
- Serve a caseload of approximately 8 students
Preferred Background:
- Current Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Demonstrated experience in a school-based OT setting
- Skills in home health and/or teletherapy OT services a bonus
- Must possess a valid Medicaid NCI #
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check
- Commitment to providing quality care and supporting student goals
- Familiarity with IEP development and school-based documentation is strongly preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct student assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to individual needs
- Deliver direct OT services in school, with potential for some teletherapy or home health as assigned
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to support student success
- Maintain thorough documentation within Medicaid and school standards
- Track student progress and adapt interventions as needed
