Qualifications:
- Valid OT license (Illinois or eligible for reciprocity)
- Recent experience in schools, pediatrics, or early childhood preferred
- Ability to work and travel across three site locations
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, especially with IEP teams
Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to children ages birth-5
- Coordinate with district teams on Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Support home visitors and assist parents within ISSP/IEP guidelines
- Serve a caseload at three locations with one designated as your home base
- Provide guidance and resources to empower parents in their supportive roles
