This position, based near Peterborough, NH, runs from August 26, 2026, through June 15, 2027, with a full-time schedule of 35-37.5 hours per week. You'll play a pivotal role in helping students achieve their fullest potential by crafting and implementing interventions that address their unique functional and developmental needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ functional physical development and self-regulation skills, providing insights that help shape individualized educational experiences
- Develop and implement targeted occupational therapy treatment plans tailored to meet student-specific objectives
- Collaborate with educators and families, contributing to strategic placement decisions and transitions
- Identify obstacles within the learning environment and propose solutions to ensure accessibility and foster student participation
- Maintain comprehensive and confidential documentation consistent with state and school guidelines
Desired Qualifications:
- Current Occupational Therapy Licensure in New Hampshire
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric or school-based occupational therapy
- Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
