Key Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist certification and Delaware state licensure required
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not mandatory

- Adaptability and problem-solving abilities in a dynamic school environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive assessments and create targeted treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapy services to students, focusing on fine motor, sensory, and self-care skills
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families for holistic student support
- Document progress and maintain clear, accurate records in compliance with school policies
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and provide input on student IEPs
