Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Current OT licensure in PA
- Experience in a school setting or with pediatric populations preferred
- Familiarity with IEP development and goal writing
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage a caseload and document progress efficiently
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine student needs and eligibility for occupational therapy services
- Develop and implement customized intervention plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support each student’s success
- Provide direct and consultative OT services within school environments
- Educate staff and parents on strategies to enhance classroom participation
- Maintain detailed and timely records of services rendered and progress tracked
