Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Pennsylvania
- Experience in school-based settings, including OT for home health and healthcare environments, preferred
- Ability to provide individualized services to a middle school student
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver 1:1 OT direct services to a 6th grade student
- Provide 30 minutes a week of direct therapy and 30 minutes for note-taking/documentation
- Collaborate with school personnel and caregivers for comprehensive support
- Maintain accurate and timely service records
