Key Qualifications:
- Valid Arizona Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Current IVP fingerprint clearance card
- Experience or motivation to work within school-based settings (PreK-8 preferred)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to PreK-8th grade students
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with general and special education teachers to integrate therapies into classroom activities
- Maintain clear documentation, progress notes, and participate in IEP meetings
- Educate families and staff on supporting students’ therapy needs both at home and in school
