Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive OT assessments to identify students’ strengths and needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized goals and interventions within the school setting
- Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and families to support students’ participation in classroom and daily routines
- Facilitate group and individual sessions tailored to each student’s objectives
- Educate staff and caregivers on therapeutic strategies and adaptive tools
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress reviews, and professional development activities
