- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine students’ needs and develop intervention plans

- Collaborate in the creation and execution of IEPs
- Educate and support staff and families regarding therapeutic practices
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate updates regularly
- Participate in team meetings and contribute professional input to student success plans
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that encourages student participation
