You'll focus on assessment, goal setting, and intervention planning—delivering services in-person (not VOCO), promoting each child’s independence and success both in and out of the classroom.
Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Wisconsin
- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexible, positive approach to working across multiple school environments
- Ability to organize and manage a caseload efficiently
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide direct OT services and evaluate student needs
- Develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Implement therapeutic interventions to support fine motor, sensory, and functional skills
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
- Travel between two elementary locations as scheduled
