Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to K-8 students as prescribed in their Individualized Education Plans
- Assess and document students’ functional abilities and needs within the school setting
- Develop and implement targeted intervention plans to improve academic and functional performance
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and other specialists, for integrated student support
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Educate staff and families on techniques and accommodations to promote student success
