Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas (or eligible for licensure)
- Prior experience with pediatric or school-based OT practices preferred

- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Proficient in adapting activities to meet students' individualized needs
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy sessions to students as scheduled
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Document services and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and regulatory standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and assessments as required
- Cover two leave periods (mid-January to March, then March to end of school year) to ensure continuity of care
