Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized therapy plans for students
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services in the school setting
- Implement interventions that support students’ participation and functional performance across academic and social settings
- Document outcomes and maintain accurate records according to district and legal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based goal planning
- Educate staff and families on strategies that support student development and independence
