Step into a rewarding contract role supporting students ages 3 to 22 as an Occupational Therapist. In this role, you’ll play a pivotal part in providing crucial OT services to children and young adults while covering needs as permanent staff members transition on and off leave. Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Current OT license required
- Experience in a school-based setting, working with students ages 3 to 22
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing caseloads, environments, and team structures
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Collaborative approach to working within school teams and with families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services and interventions to students at various school locations
- Assess, plan, and document individual therapy needs and progress
- Consult and coordinate with special education teams, teachers, and caregivers
- Adapt environments and materials to support student access and participation
- Transition smoothly between school sites as team needs shift
- Maintain accurate records and meet compliance standards
