Qualifications:
- Active California Occupational Therapy license
- Prior California schools experience required
- Proficient in administering BOT 3 and Peabody assessments to students aged 3-22 with multiple disabilities
- Strong data-driven communication skills to address parent concerns and support services recommendations
- Bilingual Spanish preferred, not required
Responsibilities:
- Manage full-time/FSY or maternity leave caseloads, primarily itinerant across school sites
- Provide direct OT services and assessments; caseload fluctuates as district needs change
- Independently develop your own schedule based on district requirements
- Serve students with mild to severe needs, without OTA support or supervision
- Keep records, consult with staff and parents, and advocate for student needs
