Qualifications:
- Active California OT license required
- Experience working in California schools mandatory
- Demonstrated proficiency administering BOT-3 and Peabody assessments to students ages 3–22 with multiple disabilities
- Comfortable managing fluctuating caseloads and independently creating flexible schedules based on district needs
- Experience supporting K-12 students with mild to severe disabilities
- Strong data-driven approach to addressing parent concerns and recommending services
- Ability to work autonomously in the field with little district supervision
- Spanish bilingualism is a plus (not required)
Responsibilities:
- Deliver full-time OT services in a school-based setting, including assessment, consultation, and intervention
- Cover either a full school year or a maternity leave (projected August to March)
- Assess and support a diverse, variable caseload across multiple campuses as an itinerant therapist
- Document services and communicate recommendations effectively with families and educational teams
