Desired Qualifications:
- Active CA Occupational Therapy license (required)
- Prior experience working in California schools
- Proficient in administering the BOT-3 and Peabody assessments to students ages 3–22 with multiple and diverse needs
- Strong data analysis skills to address parent concerns and inform service recommendations
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in itinerant and field-based settings
- Bilingual Spanish preferred (not required)
- Experience with K-12, mild to severe caseloads
- Familiarity with varying caseload sizes; adaptable to changing assessment and consultation demands
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and provide targeted interventions in school environments
- Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to enhance student outcomes
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and schedules
- Create and maintain detailed documentation supporting services and recommendations
