What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist eligible to practice in Virginia (or willing to obtain VA license)
- Previous experience working with school-aged children strongly preferred
- Willingness to serve elementary (Pre-K through 5th) students, including those in general education, special ed, and self-contained autism/adaptive classrooms
- Flexible, adaptable, and passionate about delivering services in diverse educational settings
What You’ll Do:
- Provide direct occupational therapy to students according to individualized education plans
- Assess, document, and track student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Support students’ participation and success across school environments
