Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience in school-based OT, home health, and healthcare settings
- Strong knowledge of individualized education plans (IEPs) and compliance with educational standards
- Familiarity with PreK through 8th-grade student populations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver occupational therapy services to PreK-8th grade students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions
- Participate in the creation and review of IEPs alongside teachers, staff, and families
- Document progress and maintain records in accordance with school and professional standards
- Educate teachers and parents on strategies to enhance student success and independence in the classroom environment
