Occupational Therapist School Setting in Round Lake, IL

What You Bring:
- Current, active Illinois OT or COTA license—please be prepared to verify your credentials.
- Experience working in school-based settings, particularly with K-12 populations.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Compassion and adaptability for supporting students across a variety of needs and grade levels.
- Ability to work onsite for the full duration of the assignment.
- Commitment to 35 hours per week throughout the academic year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to students as part of an interdisciplinary team within the school setting.
- Support students’ academic and functional success through direct therapy, consultation, and collaboration with educators and families.
- Deliver individualized and group interventions per student IEPs.
- Participate in assessments, documentation, progress monitoring, and IEP meetings.
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment tailored to each child’s developmental and educational goals.
