Occupational Therapist School Setting - Sacramento, CA

Qualifications & Experience:
- Active California OT license (or eligibility) required
- Will consider experienced Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
- Previous school-based or pediatric experience is highly valued
- Ability to start as soon as possible and commit to a full-time, in-person schedule
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations for students and develop individualized intervention plans
- Work closely with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure students’ goals are achieved
- Implement direct therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices and adaptive strategies
- Monitor student progress, adjusting treatment approaches as needed
- Complete documentation and stay compliant with school and state requirements
- Collaborate during IEP meetings and support multidisciplinary teams
