Desired Qualifications:
- Active Illinois Occupational Therapy license required
- Experience or strong interest in school-based OT settings highly preferred
- Ability to effectively serve a range of grade levels (K-12)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to evidence-based, student-centered practice
Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapy sessions and consult with staff and families
- Monitor and document student progress in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with educational teams to adapt environments and materials
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning
- Provide support and resources to teachers and parents to maximize student engagement
