Qualifications/Experience:
- Active OTR certification and state licensure (or eligibility)
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric environment is highly valued
- Solid understanding of IEP process and best practices in educational OT
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Comfortable working with K-12 populations and managing a dynamic caseload
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess student needs and develop individualized OT plans within the school setting
- Work closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver integrated support
- Provide direct therapy to students in both individual and group formats across two schools
- Document progress, prepare reports, and participate in IEP meetings
- Utilize evidence-based interventions to address fine motor, sensory, self-care, and classroom participation goals
