- Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting assessments and developing appropriate treatment goals
- Delivering targeted OT interventions with a focus on daily living, fine motor, sensory, and self-regulation skills
- Serving a mixed caseload spanning elementary, middle, and high school students
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support IEPs and educational programming
- Providing ongoing documentation and progress reports
- Partnering with educators and families to ensure coordinated support and carry-over of OT strategies
