- Active OT or COTA licensure and eligibility to practice in New Mexico
- Experience providing occupational therapy in elementary or school settings
- Strong understanding of school-based evaluation, intervention, and documentation

- Ability to adapt therapeutic strategies to meet individual student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect occupational therapy services to elementary-aged students in accordance with IEPs and 504 plans
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and ongoing assessments to track student progress
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s educational needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ participation in classroom and school activities
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation following district and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team planning
