Occupational Therapist School Setting - San Jacinto, CA
Make a meaningful impact by supporting students’ growth as an Occupational Therapist within a dynamic school setting. This contract opportunity, based onsite near San Jacinto, runs from August 6, 2026 through February 12, 2027—and may extend throughout the school year. Step into a collaborative and student-centered environment where you’ll provide essential OT services to approximately 55 students spanning transitional kindergarten through 12th grade, spread across multiple campuses.
What We're Looking For:
- Active California licensure in Occupational Therapy
- Experience participating in and leading IEP meetings
- Familiarity with SEIS or similar documentation platforms is a plus
- Comfort with technology and digital record-keeping systems
- Background working with students in a school-based setting, preferably across a range of ages and diverse needs
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy to students based on IEP goals
- Travel between school sites as needed to provide services across the district
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to design effective plans and optimize student participation
- Attend and lead IEP meetings, offering insights to inform educational decisions
- Maintain comprehensive, timely, and accurate documentation tracking student progress
- Utilize technology for documentation and engagement with virtual platforms as required
