Travel School Occupational Therapist - Sanford, North Carolina

Desired Qualifications:
- Active OT license in North Carolina (or willingness to obtain)
- School-based Occupational Therapy experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of K-12 student needs and interventions
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage caseloads efficiently and independently
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to a diverse group of K-12 students (approx. 50 on caseload)
- Develop and implement individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student success
- Maintain accurate, timely records and documentation as required by the school and state
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team efforts
