What you’ll be doing:
- Deliver individualized and group occupational therapy to students, supporting their educational and developmental progress
- Conduct thorough evaluations, write detailed reports, and contribute to IEP and 504 planning
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, support staff, and families
- Educate staff and caregivers on therapy goals and at-home strategies for student success
- Maintain accurate records and comply with state/federal regulations
What you bring:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in New York (or eligibility to obtain)
- Degree from an accredited OT program
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
