Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Proven school-based experience required
- Experience supporting early childhood, elementary, middle, or high school students
- Ability to manage and prioritize an elementary caseload
- Excellent communication skills for interaction with students, families, and staff
- Team-oriented mindset with the flexibility to adapt within a school environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to elementary caseload in school settings
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers and support staff to facilitate integration of therapy within the classroom
- Document student progress and communicate effectively with parents and educators
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational goals
- Utilize evidence-based practices for assessment and intervention
