Qualifications & Experience:
- Current, active Occupational Therapist license required
- Experience providing OT services in school settings (please highlight years of experience and population served)
- Strong clinical skills working with students with autism and behavioral challenges
- Demonstrated reliability and professionalism in previous roles
- Comfortable commuting to and from the school with reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a drug screen and fingerprint background check
- Availability for a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals and school policies
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and document progress as needed
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, communicating recommendations and supporting teachers
- Maintain punctual, reliable attendance and proactive communication with school contacts
- Adapt therapy techniques as needed to support diverse student needs and abilities
- Ensure timely, organized documentation and confidentiality
