Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid and active Occupational Therapy license
- Previous experience in school settings, particularly with Early Childhood, Elementary, Middle, and High School populations
- Solid understanding of IEP development, documentation, and goal setting
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams
- Adaptable, resourceful, and committed to evidence-based practice
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver therapeutic interventions for students from Pre-K through Grade 12
- Develop individualized treatment plans and participate in the IEP process
- Provide direct therapy, consultation, and support for students with diverse needs
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom activities
- Maintain timely and thorough documentation in accordance with school and federal guidelines
- Engage with families and caregivers to foster students’ progress and independence
