As part of this district-wide role, you'll support approximately 40 students spanning Pre-K through 12th grade, ensuring a diverse and rewarding caseload. With a four-day work week (Monday–Thursday, 8AM–4PM), you'll enjoy extended weekends for travel and relaxation, making it easy to balance professional growth and personal exploration.
Qualifications:
- Current Occupational Therapy license issued by the State of New Mexico
- Experience or interest in school-based, teletherapy, and pediatric practice
- Confident in supervising a COTA
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver OT services for students across grades Pre-K to 12
- Oversee and mentor a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams
- Design individualized therapy plans and support student success
- Utilize teletherapy as needed to reach designated caseload
