Key Qualifications:
- Current Active North Carolina OT License (required)
- OTR credential
- Previous experience in school-based therapy is highly valued

- Ability to provide creative, individualized interventions for students
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for students, focusing on fine motor, sensory integration, and functional life skills
- Implement evidence-based interventions in one-on-one and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to promote student success
- Maintain clear, compliant documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
- Serve as a resource for staff regarding adaptations and classroom strategies
- Support student transitions between settings or grade levels
This contract runs from early November through late May, with a schedule of 37.5 hours per week. This is an excellent chance to make a meaningful difference in a supportive, growth-oriented setting.
