Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably within a school setting
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Knowledge of IEP documentation and relevant compliance standards
- Organizational skills to manage caseload and scheduling efficiently

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, plan, and execute therapeutic interventions tailored to students’ needs
- Collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ educational and functional goals
- Prepare and maintain accurate documentation, including progress reports and IEP contributions
- Provide consultative support to teachers and families regarding strategies to enhance student participation and achievement
- Engage students with creative, evidence-based therapy techniques to promote motor, sensory, and cognitive skills
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary
