Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students’ therapy needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in various educational settings
- Document therapy sessions, progress, and outcomes accurately and timely
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to promote student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise on occupational therapy interventions
- Offer training, resources, and support to staff as needed
