Key Qualifications:
- Hold a valid Occupational Therapist license in Indiana
- Experience or strong interest in school-based OT services
- Ability to manage a flexible schedule and travel between district schools
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Passionate about supporting students’ academic, social, and functional growth
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess students and develop individualized treatment plans to address a range of needs
- Provide direct intervention and consultation services for students in grades K-12
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to integrate OT strategies into the classroom environment
- Travel to approximately five elementary schools, with periodic visits to a middle school and a high school
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and legal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
