Requirements:
- Active OT license in Virginia
- School-based OT experience strongly preferred
- Flexibility for part-time work (20 hours/week; schedule to be determined)
- Immediate initiation of the VA Dept. of Social Services background check and TB test
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services to a caseload of 25 students (ages vary)
- Provide creative, individualized interventions for students with diverse needs
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other professionals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student assessment and evaluations
- Document progress and maintain compliance with school protocols
