A full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) is needed to provide support and intervention across a caseload of 32 students—24 served directly and 8 through consultative services. Key Qualifications:
- Wisconsin OT or COTA license (required)
- Experience working with pediatric populations, especially early childhood or elementary students, preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop and implement creative, individualized intervention strategies
- Familiarity with IEPs and school documentation processes
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students aged early childhood through elementary
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
- Adapt interventions to meet the unique needs of each child within school environments
