School Occupational Therapist | Sudbury, Massachusetts

You’ll collaborate closely with teachers, families, and educational teams to assess student needs, provide therapeutic interventions, and actively contribute to developing and implementing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Your professional insight will foster growth and independence for students across a range of abilities.
Qualifications:
- Current Massachusetts Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Compliance with all Massachusetts and district-specific requirements for school-based OT services
- Previous school-based or pediatric therapy experience preferred
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to develop effective therapy plans and document progress
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and assess K-8 students to determine OT needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy programs
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in classroom and individual settings
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, team planning, and parent conferences
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports according to school and legal guidelines
