With a manageable caseload of 32 students (24 direct and 8 consult), you’ll have the chance to make a meaningful impact on children's development while collaborating with a passionate team of educators and specialists.
What we’re seeking:
- Current Wisconsin OT or COTA license (required)
- Experience in school-based occupational therapy or as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to fostering student growth and participation in the classroom
- Familiarity with IEPs, progress monitoring, and consultative services
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering direct and consultative occupational therapy services tailored to students ages early childhood through elementary
- Working closely with teachers, parents, and other related service professionals to develop and implement individualized plans
- Documenting progress, maintaining records, and contributing to IEP meetings as needed
- Participating in ongoing professional growth and team meetings
- Supporting a positive and inclusive educational environment
