Location: Sun Prairie, Wisconsin area

Assignment End Date: June 30, 2027

Setting: School-based, 4K–Elementary
Work Arrangement: In person onlyWe are seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to support students in a school-based setting in the Sun Prairie area for the 2026–2027 school year.
Position DetailsProvide occupational therapy services to students in 4K through elementary school
Caseload of approximately 32 students
24 students receiving direct services
8 students receiving consultative services
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary school teams
Develop and implement individualized therapeutic interventions
Monitor student progress and maintain required documentation
Travel between school locations may be required, with sites located approximately 15 minutes apart
Full-time
In-person schedule
Start ASAP
Assignment through June 30, 2027
Remote work is not available
Active Wisconsin OT license required
Occupational Therapist credentials appropriate for school-based practice
School-based or pediatric experience preferred
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively with young students and elementary-age children
Ready to interview ASAP
Immediate in-person start available
