Qualifications:
- Valid Wisconsin OT or COTA license (required)

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to a caseload of 32 students (24 direct, 8 consult)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education plans
- Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Utilize evidence-based practices to support student development and participation
