Key Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapy license required
- Prior experience in schools, home health, and healthcare settings strongly preferred
- Skilled in providing direct and consultative OT services to children
- Effective communicator with students, families, and educational teams

Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized and direct OT services to an elementary caseload (32 students, including 24 direct services, grades 4K-Elementary)
- Assess and document students’ functional abilities, progress, and therapy needs
- Work closely with educators, families, and related service providers to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to district, state, and ethical guidelines
