Desired Qualifications:
- Valid Nevada OT license required
- School-based OT experience preferred
- Comfortable with a caseload model (50-55 students)
- Ability to serve both elementary and secondary populations
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Flexibility to work across multiple locations within the district
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting therapy sessions, assessments, and evaluations in accordance with student IEPs
- Participating in team meetings and contributing to IEP development
- Collaborating with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
- Traveling between assigned school sites (district-wide)
- Utilizing designated IEP system (training provided)
- Ensuring compliance with district and state regulations
