Teletherapy Occupational Therapist | Tennessee
A fully remote opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist specializing in school-based telehealth services. This contract position supports students through virtual intervention and assessment within educational settings, providing essential therapy remotely to promote student success and well-being.
Responsibilities include:
- Delivering occupational therapy services via telehealth to school-aged children
- Conducting virtual assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
- Collaborating with educators and families to support student progress
- Utilizing the provided virtual platform for accessing assessments, interactive learning materials, and documentation
- Participating in clinical and technical support as needed to ensure smooth service delivery
Qualifications and desired experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapist licensure
- Experience providing school-based OT services, preferably via telehealth
- Comfort and proficiency with virtual technology and online platforms
- Strong communication skills for collaborating remotely with students, families, and educators
- Ability to adapt therapy techniques to virtual environments
