A part-time Occupational Therapist is sought for a contract position providing telehealth services to a homebound student during the 2026-2027 school year. This role requires delivering targeted occupational therapy interventions remotely to support the student's educational and functional goals.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting weekly 1-hour telehealth sessions tailored to the student's needs
- Collaborating with educational staff and healthcare providers to develop and implement effective therapy plans
- Monitoring progress and documenting outcomes in accordance with school and healthcare guidelines
- Adapting therapy strategies to meet the evolving needs of the homebound student
Qualifications and desired experience:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based OT services
- Proficiency in delivering telehealth occupational therapy in both educational and healthcare settings
- Ability to design individualized treatment plans to support student participation and skill development
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams remotely
