Virtual Occupational Therapist - Mississippi
An opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist specializing in school-based telehealth services. This fully remote contract position supports students in an educational setting, focusing on delivering high-quality therapy through virtual platforms.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting occupational therapy assessments and interventions via telehealth to support student development and educational goals
- Utilizing interactive digital tools to create engaging and effective therapy sessions
- Collaborating with educators and families to tailor therapy plans and ensure continuity of care
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports
- Accessing clinical and technical support teams as needed to optimize service delivery
Qualifications for this role:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based settings
- Skilled in delivering therapy services through telehealth platforms
- Proficient in using virtual tools including video conferencing software such as Zoom
- Strong communication skills to work effectively with students, families, and school staff remotely
- Comfortable navigating digital resources and documentation systems
Location: Southaven, MS (100% remote work)
